Not satisfied within your first 30 days? We'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked.
Subscription Refunds
CallsForMe offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial payment, contact us at support@callsforme.ai and we will issue a full refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial charge.
- After 30 days, subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided after the 30-day window.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
- To cancel, log in to your account settings or email support@callsforme.ai.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the 30-day window.
- Upon cancellation, your AI agent and phone number will be deprovisioned at period end.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of initial payment. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@callsforme.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business hours during normal business hours (9am–6pm PT, Mon–Fri).
